RETURNS & EXCHANGES (Australian Orders)
At Tiny Style we pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers. We want you to enjoy your purchases and shopping with us. If something isn’t right we’re happy to offer a store credit or exchange. If you are unsure of sizing, please contact us by phone or email before placing your order and we will assist you.
You may return most new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange of the item/s. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If an incorrect item is received, Tiny Style must be notified within 14 days of receiving the order. It is the customers responsibility to check all items upon delivery.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please login to your account, go to "my account" > "completed" > "return item(s)" and fill out the form. If a replacement is requested due to ordering the wrong product or incorrect size, please include a prepaid satchel with your return.
Please allow two weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges for returns unless of course the item was flawed or damaged, in this case we will reimburse you upon inspection of the item/s.

We strongly suggest insured Parcel Post as tinystyle.com.au is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.
Exchanges: Return the items to be exchanged. Please include a self-addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in. Original delivery charges will not be refunded.
Returns: Return the items for a store credit. Your account will be credited for the items (less delivery) as soon as they are received in original condition.
Damaged/Faulty/Incorrect Items: At Tiny Style, all items are carefully checked prior to dispatch. However, if merchandise is found to be damaged, faulty or not as originally ordered; please contact us via email at email@example.com and we will happily arrange your choice of a repair (if applicable), refund or replacement.
The item must be returned to Tiny Style within 14 days of the invoice date.
It must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging intact).
Upon inspecting the returned item/s we will gladly credit your Tiny Style account with a store credit for the purchase price of the item/s only.
In the event that a refund has been approved; please allow 72 hours for the refund to be processed by Tiny Style. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method only (ie. credit card, PayPal or zipPay), this is for security purposes.
All refunds will be processed in AUD.
Sale items which are reduced by 30% or more cannot be returned so please choose carefully.
Returns will not be accepted unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily arrange your choice of a repair (if applicable), refund or replacement.

Please note: Tiny Style do not accept returns for swimwear or underwear for hygienic reasons.
Returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
